MLK DID NOT WANT A COLORBLIND SOCIETY

I was listening to Glenn Beck on the radio last week. He was bemoaning the fact that this country has race problems, that we are supposed to be a colorblind society, and that we are supposed to be judging each other on the content of people’s character. Then he whined asked how things have gotten to this point, why race relations were so strained. I laughed at his cluelessness and turned off my radio.

POPE FRANCIS WANTS EVEN MORE ISLAMIC INVASION OF EUROPE

Not surprisingly, the purported head of the Catholic Church, Jorge Bergoglio, a.k.a. Pope Francis, has ushered in 2018 with another denunciation of those who want to preserve what is left of Western Civilization.

In a New Year’s address that the Church now calls “World Day of Peace,” instead of the traditional feast day of the Circumcision, Bergoglio once again labeled those who want to curb the coercive migration of Third Worlders into Occidental cultures as "sowers of violence," "xenophobic," and people who "racially discriminate."

CHRISTIANITY, IDENTITY, AND THE ALT-RIGHT

Andy Nowicki is the guest on "Saturday Night Trad" with Catholic Kulchur to discuss the origins of the Alt-Right, Richard Spencer, Charlottesville, paganism, Pope Francis, Trump, and whether the Alt-Right is compatible with the "slave morality"/ traditionalism of the Catholic Church.

NEO-RACISM VS. PALAEORACISM

AUDIO VERSION AVAILABLE HERE

In recent days, the news cycle has been dominated by so-called "racism" stories, the best one being "shithole-gate," in which President Trump may or may not have expressed an opinion of certain Third World countries using the S-word. There is an obvious paradox here because those accusing Trump of racism, almost certainly agree with him secretly as these are the same people who claim that it is impossible to repatriate refugees to these very same countries, because they are...well, shitholes.

But the paradox here runs deeper, as just noticing that one thing is better than another is now considered "racism," which means that racism is no longer actually racism, but merely an absurd, dystopian expectation that all things and all people should be equal at all times and in all ways, no matter which way you cut them. In fact, this extremist viewpoint actually represents the death of racism, as racism no longer means what it originally meant—an irrational hatred of a particular racial or ethnic group.

CELIBACY AND CIVILIZATION

The passage below is taken from Andy Nowicki’s collection Ruminations of a Low-Status Male, Volume 2, now available for purchase (along with Volume 1) in paperback and on Kindle.

Within Catholicism, institutional celibacy has retained a place of high regard.

Monks and nuns take oaths to enter into Holy Matrimony, the former choosing to marry the Church, the latter opting to become “brides of Christ”; in each case, each is modeling his or her bond after the example set by the Holy Family, in which devotion is completely untethered from carnality.

THE 'GORE VIDAL' YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT

If one takes a truncated view of American politics, one can be forgiven for believing that Gore Vidal was a simple liberal. His works suggest such. The City and The Pillar, one of the first novels to deal with homosexuality, seems to argue that gender is a simple social construct. (Vidal disliked the term “homosexual” but he exemplified the hedonistic life style with his many partners, claiming he slept with over a 1000 men and women. A figure I don’t much doubt.)

SADIQ KHAN BACKTRACKS ON "STOP AND SEARCH" AFTER SPIKE IN LONDON KNIFE CRIME

Getting stabbed in the guts is part and parcel of life in a big city, apparently.

When London's Muslim mayor Sadiq Khan was elected in May 2016, one of the loony left ideas he ran on was to greatly reduce the number of "stop and searches" by the Metropolitan Police (the Met) targeting violent gangs.

During the reign of his predecessor Boris Johnson, this tactic had been one of the main tools for reducing gang and knife crime in the capital, which is largely a Black thing. But with Khan in office "stop and searches" plummeted from over 400,000 a year to 150,000. The inevitable result was that knife crime shot up, along with other forms of violence like acid attacks.

IN PRAISE OF DECONSTRUCTING RACE AND GENDER

The year 2018 has only just started, and it’s already shaping up to be a very bad year for the proponents of the “horseshoe theory”. Last week, classical liberal and horseshoe enthusiast ‘Sargon of Akkad’ took on Richard Spencer in a three-hour Youtube debate – and not only made a fool of himself from the beginning, but had to be helped later on by SJW and male cat lady Kevin Logan, who according to Sargon’s theory should have sided instinctively with Spencer. The peddlers of watered-down red pills on the periphery of the Alt-Right must be wondering how long they can stay in business, taking money for blowing hot air at the Left while dismissing as “collectivist” and “immoral” the only sociopolitical movement that can actually fight it.

So let’s be magnanimous in victory, and throw the poor beleagured gatekeepers a vaguely horseshoe-shaped bone for them to crow over. Here it is: what if the Alt-Right stopped directly resisting progressivist efforts to “deconstruct” race, nation and gender, and instead started turning these critiques to its own advantage?

NORTH KOREA AS AN EXPRESSION OF CHINESE INTELLIGENT DESIGN

If this did not exist it would have to be created.

by Colin Liddell

The level of analysis of the North Korean situation in America's corridors of power is laughable. Yes, literally.

Trump's recent comment about his button being bigger than Kim Jong-un’s "button" was ROFL tier and highlighted the general absurdity of the situation as it is perceived and projected in America. Then, following this Bond-villain slapstick, we saw the lumbering bulk of Trump and America deftly side-stepped by a mini-thaw in relations between the two Koreas, ironically brought on by the forthcoming Winter Olympics, with China and Russia looking on approvingly.

The real flaw with most of the analysis is simple. It views things purely from the American side of the windscreen, when the fact is the US Empire is no longer on the motorway—as it seems to think it is—but is in fact entering the metal scrapping yard, headed for the crusher. The real story here is that America is the object, not the subject, in the situation, and in ways that its ruling elites are clearly oblivious of.

So, who is really in the driving seat here?
